Exchange and Refund

• Easy 7-day Exchange & Return. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’re here to help you find an easy solution. Vimohin products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for another size or a product of the same or higher value.

• Please note that refunds are only applicable in cases of defective garments or if an incorrect product has been received.
• Products once exchanged will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
• Kindly note that discounted items and custom orders with alterations are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• For Returns, Rs 50 will be deducted from the final refund amount for a door step pickup. Customers can also send the product back on their own in which case the full amount will be refunded.
• Incase of exchange due to size or colour issue, the first time no additional charges will be levied. Kindly refer to our size chart to avoid any issues related to size.
• Any items bought through offline platform can not be exchanged  online. kindly contact us incase of any issues on info@vimohin.com
